Viña Emiliana is a renowned winery founded in 1986 in Casablanca, a pioneer in the production of organic and biodynamic wines since 1998. Located in the Casablanca Valley, next to Route 68, it has established itself as the largest organic vineyard in Chile and the world, with more than 800 hectares spread across different valleys. The tour begins with a walk through the gardens to learn about organic and biodynamic farming, the history of the vineyard, and the natural environment of the Casablanca Valley. Next, you'll visit the chicken coop, see the planted grape varieties, and the alpaca enclosure. Before concluding, you'll learn about the composting process and the biodynamic preparations. The tour ends with a tasting of four glasses of wine paired with a selection of cheeses and chocolates.

After a tour of our facilities, where the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture are explained, you'll have the opportunity to experience and taste our exceptional Gê wine. Visitors will sample five wines, the last being our flagship wine. The tour concludes with a tasting of these five wines paired with a selection of cheeses and chocolates.

Our tasting room will be set up with everything you need to create your own wine. The experience begins with a tasting of three red grape varieties, the same ones that will be used to make the blend. After tasting and learning about these varieties, you'll create different blends to find your favorite, and finally, we'll create a unique label with your personal touch.

Our non-alcoholic option lets you sample four grape juices (Moscatel, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Malbec) while the little ones enjoy creating and painting. The tour includes: a tasting of four grape juices, cheeses and chocolates, a coloring book, and colored pencils.
If you love nature, we invite you to enjoy our picnic, which includes a basket filled with everything you need to enjoy our grounds surrounded by green spaces and animals. The picnic includes: 2 sandwiches of your choice, 200g of nuts, 2 jars of cheese, 2 frozen desserts, 2 bottles of sparkling water, and 1 bottle of wine of your choice: 57 Rocas, Maycas del Limarí, or Gemma.
